How to Place Your Order
1. Choose Your Products
- Select your favorite items.
- When you're ready, click on the bag icon in the top right corner.
2. Delivery & Pickup Options
Once in your cart, you'll see three options:
1. Uber Discreet Delivery
- Enter your postcode and click "Let's Check."
- If you receive a "Good news!" message, Uber delivery is available in your area.
- Click Checkout—the Uber delivery fee will be shown as shipping.
- Complete your address and add any delivery notes.
- Choose a payment method: PayPal, PayID, or Zip, then complete your payment.
- You will receive a tracking link once your items have been picked up.
🚨 Please Note: Uber delivery is not included in free shipping.
2. In-Store Pickup
- Select this option at checkout to collect your order in person.
- You'll receive a confirmation message when your order is ready for pickup.
- Visit the store with your confirmation message to collect your items.

3. Standard Postal Shipping
- Choose this option for regular delivery via postal service.
- Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
- You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Uber Delivery Hours
Orders placed outside of Uber Adult delivery hours will be delivered the next morning.
🕒 Operating Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
- Friday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:30 PM
- Sunday: 10.00AM - 9.30PM
Payment & Discretion
💳 What appears on my credit card/PayPal statement?
- "No Big Deal UberA" will appear on your statement for full discretion.
